Introduction :

By enrolling your child in Global Taekwondo Academy's programs, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Emergency Consent :

Parents or guardians must provide consent for emergency medical treatment and transport in case of parental absence during emergencies. Providing the child's primary physician's information is also mandatory for emergency reference.

Acknowledgment of Risks :

Parents acknowledge that martial arts is a physical contact activity that may result in serious injuries, including permanent disability or death. While instructors take precautions, parents assume all risks and hazards incidental to the program's conduct.

Health Certification :

Parents certify that their child is in normal health and capable of participating in the program without endangering their health. They acknowledge the responsibility to inform the academy of any health conditions or limitations affecting participation.

Media Release :

Parents grant permission for pictures and/or videos of their child to be used solely for promotional and motivational purposes related to Global Taekwondo Academy's activities.

Agreement and Acceptance of Terms :

By enrolling their child, parents agree to the terms and conditions outlined, including emergency consent, acknowledgment of risks, health certification, and media release.
